I founded my law firm 1979 in Munich, Germany.

Since this time, I have been handling transactional and litigation matters as both a sole practitioner and in association with other attorneys and law firms.

The primary focus of my practice and experience is rendering of advice and representation in family law matters, including, but not limited to, divorce, alimony, equalization of surplus, custody, creating and challenge of prenuptial agreements, and related areas.

I have a track record of many successes in the International Family Law area, especially German-American divorces and addressing matters related to the international law of succession and inheritance as well as employment law.

As a result of my experience handling many divorces, contestation of prenuptial agreements and apportionment of assets and liabilities for high-profile and other clients, I have specialized knowledge, experience and contacts in legal matters related to German and Floridian law.

I give legal advice concerning Florida and Untied States law. This includes economical solutions of private and business problems with close cooperation with my client.

In the business transactions area, I have worked closely with many international firms to assist them in forming business entities and entering into and performing contracts. Between 1997 and 2000, I worked as an attorney and consultant in Miami, Florida, for an international conglomerate of companies preparing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and formation of an internet based bank.

Europe-wide I currently represent Multi-Level-Marketing companies and also United States companies operating in the health and financing sectors, with special emphasis on their Middle East operations.
